"Worst insurance office I’ve ever dealt with. I asked my policy be canceled and have the money I paid to be pro rated and put back on the card used to make the payment & they refused to do it, Said they have to issue it back to me in the forum of a check and that I should receive it with in 7-10 business days. It’s been more then 10 business days and still haven’t received anything. When I call in to ask about it now there response is ‘USALLY’ it takes 7-10 business days and if I haven’t received anything yet then I need to continue to wait. I absolutely expected this would happen as I got a very bad vibe from this place when I called in to open the policy and sure enough there trying to get away with not returning my money."
